One Tam is now accepting student applications for its summer youth program called LINC:TAM!
Linking Individuals to their Natural Communities (LINC) is a 6-week program from June 26 – August 4. We are looking for high school students interested in the environment and motivated to work in and explore the natural spaces around them. This program is designed for students who are open to new experiences, eager to learn new skills, enjoy working outside and have an interest in the environment. We also focus on leadership, team-building, career and professional development with the youth we work with.
We kick off the program with a 4-day camping trip in Yosemite, and proceed to have a summer filled with habitat restoration, service work, and outdoor adventures all across the Mt. Tamalpais watersheds!
No past experience is necessary and we welcome enthusiasm!
Upon completion of the program students will receive a $1000 educational award. More informationWatch a video about it!Link to Application
